Cat Stretch Pose or Marjari Aasana

You should start this asanas with Vajrasana pose. For this, try to sit with your buttocks on your heels. Gradually, raise buttocks off your heels and then bend forward moving feet a little to sides. Now inhale, raising your head and pushing down the arch of back. This form an important part of prenatal yoga/pregnancy yoga as strengthens your neck, spine and shoulder. Next step is to inhale while rolling head down between your arms and thus pushing your back upwards. After exhaling, contract your stomach by pulling the navel up towards the spine and pull in buttocks. You can repeat these poses for around six times to get benefits during pregnancy.
