Eat healthy carbs:

Focus on eating healthy carbohydrates like fruits, vegetables like spinach, broccoli, beans, peas and lentils.

Low fat dairy products like fat free yoghurt, non fat cheese and skimmed milk.

Eat whole grains:

Limit intake of saturated and trans fats:
